Studio 3 – SWOT Analysis


A SWOT analysis is something that companies, businesses, and people do to analyse the weaknesses of the organization. It is a simple diagram that you answer towards the brand. You will take different answers from environment, organizations, competitors, etc.
Swot analysis stands for

  • Opportunities
  • Threats

This blog will discuss my SWOT Analysis for the stamina project I am working on for Studio 3. In order to research my SWOT I did look at other energy drinks and how they



  • An interesting Unique and new style in franchise
  • A strong brand identity
  • Chance for effective and excellent marketing
  • Will have a large target market
  • New style allows unique design to overpower other companies
  • Collateral selling gain


  • May not appeal to all demographics
  • Unhealthy habits involved with drinking
  • Addiction
  • Drug-like substance


  • The ability to sell various collateral
  • Buyout opportunity – Ability to be bought out by a larger company
  • New style allows unique design to overpower other companies
  • Extending the product line – Introducing more flavours


  • Existing competitors
  • Pricing of bottle/package
  • Negative publicity
  • health warnings



These are the swots which are directly taken from my project plan. I took inspiration from other energy drink and beverage brands for these.
